Ask Fedor is not available for hands with straddle from players out of position.
Ask Fedor is not available on cash drop hands in Rush&Cash.
Ask Fedor is not available on hands with dead chips.
Ask Fedor is not available on hands where 4 or more players went to the flop.

Ask Fedor has the following limitations for hands with 7 or more players.
In a hand with 7 players, Ask Fedor is available when the first player to act has folded without any prior action.
In a hand with 8 players, Ask Fedor is available when the first two players to act have folded without any prior action.
Ask Fedor is not available on hands with 9 or more players.
Ask Fedor is not available for bounty tournaments.
Ask Fedor is not available for tournaments after the tournament has reached the bubble or in the money.
Ask Fedor is available for hands played after 28th April 2023.
Asks are available in all hand histories, both within the client and in PokerCraft, and all requests can be viewed in Ask Fedor history in PokerCraft.

Do I have to pay to use “Ask Fedor”?
All players are able to use up to 5 Free Asks. Anything more than that will require a membership.
How can I make the payment for the Ask Fedor subscription?
Membership plans are provided as monthly subscriptions, and once subscribed, payments will be settled automatically each month.
Can I pay for the Ask Fedor subscription with my Natural8 India credit?
The membership plan subscriptions cannot be settled with the game balance.
Can I change my membership plan after subscribing to a different membership plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. However, the membership plans will not change immediately upon upgrading or downgrading. It will only change after the expiration of the current membership plan. If you wish to change your membership plan immediately, you will need to unsubscribe first and then subscribe again to the plan of your choice.
If I were to change my mind after purchasing a membership plan, could I get a refund?
Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of purchase if Asks have not been used. Please contact customer support for refund requests.
What happens if I unsubscribe from the membership plan?
When you unsubscribe, your membership plan will automatically be canceled after the expiration of your current membership.
