Can I refund or transfer my GGMasters Ticket from the GGMasters Ticket Drop event?
No, the GGMasters Tickets are not refundable nor transferable.
Will there be satellites?
Most events will have satellites, step-satellites or express satellites. However, do note that these satellites might not appear in the client immediately. They are usually added on as the target event approaches.
If I win a “seat” in a satellite, can I unregister from the target event?
No, seat-awarding satellites have specific target events that are specified in the satellite lobby. If you win a seat in a target event, you must play the specified target event as the seat cannot be transferred nor can you unregister from it. Please make sure you can play the target event before you enter the satellite to avoid disappointment.

In the event of multi-accounting, bonus hunting, or foul play, Natural8 India reserves the right to forfeit any prize amounts that have been paid along with any remaining cash balances, without prior notice.
